These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of tuflamenco.com and to any flamenco class, course, workshop, private hire or concert ticket booked with TuFlamenco (“we”, “us”, “our”), led by Inma Montero and Danielo Olivera, based in Edinburgh and operating across Scotland. By using our website, or by booking a class, course or ticket with us, you agree to these Terms.
This website is provided so you can learn about our classes, courses and concerts, and make enquiries, bookings and payments. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse it in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it.
All prices on our website are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. If a price on our website is shown incorrectly because of a technical error, we reserve the right to correct it and will contact you before completing your order.
All text, images, video, choreography and other content on this website belong to TuFlamenco or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse this content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Flamenco dance, singing and percussion classes involve physical movement. By enrolling in a class, you confirm that you are medically fit to take part, and agree to tell us about any injury, condition or concern that may affect your participation. We take reasonable care to provide a safe environment, but we are not liable for injuries arising from normal participation in physical activity, except where caused by our negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
