The production “Flamenco in Scotland” returned to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2025, continuing its successful trajectory as a celebration of emerging flamenco talent in Scotland. It showcased choreographies developed throughout the academic year by TuFlamenco’s most outstanding students, blending rigorous training with passionate performance.
Created by the flamenco school TuFlamenco in 2021, the show captivated audiences year after year, earning acclaim at the Fringe in 2022, 2023, and 2024. The 2025 edition reaffirmed its place as a cornerstone of the school’s artistic journey.
Featuring a repertoire of traditional flamenco styles, the recital was accompanied by TuFlamenco’s regular ensemble of top-tier musicians, delivering an authentic and emotionally charged experience that reflected the depth, discipline, and joy of flamenco.
